Dry Needling (60 min)
£90.00

Dry needling is a highly effective therapeutic technique used to treat various types of musculoskeletal pain, particularly muscle tightness and stubborn trigger points.

This method involves the precise insertion of thin, solid needles into carefully selected areas of muscle or soft tissue without the introduction of any substances, which is why it is appropriately termed "dry."

The primary goal of dry needling is to relieve muscle tension, enhance blood circulation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes in areas of tightness or discomfort. It specifically targets localized bands of muscle fibres, known as trigger points, which are often responsible for causing significant pain and restricted movement.
